Durfee Family Reunion

Over Labor Day weekend, we had the Durfee family reunion. It was a fun time! We went to the temple (for more information about Mormon temples and why they are so important to us, go here: http://mormontemples.org/eng/about-temples), hung out and played games, ate good food, had a Harry Potter-themed birthday party for my sister-in-law Rosamund, and just spent time together. I had an "epic fail", as my sister Ella would say, in the photo-taking department so I only have a few pictures to show for the weekend. These pictures were all taken in my in-laws' backyard (their many, many acres of a backyard!). They have 3 horses and 2 cows, so Jeff and I decided to introduce Morgan to all of them. I think Morgan liked them...he was a little fussy because it was getting close to his bedtime so he looks grumpy in most of the pictures.

It was fun to get to catch up with all of Jeff's family and spend some time together. Everyone is growing older and moving out, so we don't get everyone under one roof very often. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of the whole family. Like I said, epic fail in the photo-taking department. Hopefully we get to see everyone again soon!
