Well a few weeks ago we tried to take Morgan swimming for his first time. My in-laws were in town visiting, so we decided to go to the pool at their hotel. Unfortunately, there were a bunch of kids in the pool screaming and playing and it scared Morgan so bad that we had to leave before he even got in :-( It was very sad. We decided to give it another try this week and I am happy to report that it went very well! Morgan loved the water. We couldn't get him to smile (he took it very seriously) but he was having a good time. He loved to just lay back and suck on his hand. It was so fun to see him in the pool!

We realized after our first attempt that Morgan's swimming suit was a wee bit too small around the waistline if you know what I mean. I guess that is what happens when your 3 month old is wearing 6 month old clothing ;-) He is a chunk! We got him a new, better fitting suit for attempt #2.
