She's Here!!

Our sweet girl has made her arrival! She actually came 3 weeks ago, but this is the first time I've felt up to updating the blog.  She actually came earlier than we were expecting so I have one last pregnancy photo update to share before I get into the story of her arrival.

39 weeks--size of a leek

My pregnancy app said she was the size of a leek at 39 weeks, which seemed weird since a leek looks really small.  We concluded it meant that she was the length of a leek instead of the weight.  It's interesting looking back on these photos now that I am no longer pregnant.  I was SO uncomfortable when these were taken and I am happy to no longer be feeling that way! It really is amazing how much better you feel the second that baby comes out. 

I am working on her birth story now and am hoping to get it posted in the next couple days, so stay tuned for that!
